Lindsey Beddard

Owner/Operations Director

Lindsey joined the Mountain Sun Pubs and Breweries in 2012 as a member of the opening management team of Under the Sun Eatery and Pizzeria.  Two years later, she helped open Longs Peak Pub and Taphouse, where she would serve as General Manager until the opening of Urban Field Pizza and Market. 

Prior to the Mountain Sun, Lindsey spent six years managing banquets at the European luxury resort, Sonnenalp in Vail, CO.  In 2010, she was named Employee of the Year.  Shortly after, Lindsey earned her Sommelier certification.
